We believe wellness isn't about doing more, pushing harder or following one prescribed path.
It's about having the space to notice what you need — and being able to choose.
That's why Ocean Tide brings movement and stillness together under one roof.
Move. Be Still. Be Well.

STUDIO OWNER
Craig Fairweather
Craig is a certified yoga teacher and personal trainer with a lifelong interest in strength, mobility and healthy aging.
His philosophy is practical — and often summed up in one of his favourite sayings: “Motion is lotion.” Keep moving, stay strong, eat well and keep doing the things you love for as long as possible.
Active throughout his life, Craig believes yoga can play an important role in helping men, in particular, maintain mobility, strength, balance and overall wellbeing as they age.
At Ocean Tide, he brings that same straightforward approach: keep moving, keep learning and keep living well.
