OUR CLASSES
No two bodies are the same. No two days are either.
Some days you want to move, build strength and feel energized. Other days call for something slower, quieter and more restorative.
Our classes offer a range of ways to practice — from flowing movement to gentle stretching and deep stillness. You don’t need to fit yourself into a particular style of yoga.
RISE & FLOW
An energizing, breath-led practice designed to wake up the body and prepare you for the day ahead.
We’ll move through accessible flowing sequences, standing poses, balance, and gentle strength while creating space through the hips, shoulders, and spine.
Students will leave feeling awake, focused, and ready for their day.
FLOW. SLOW. GLOW.
We begin with a dynamic flowing practice designed to build heat, strength and mobility. Expect purposeful sequences, standing poses and enough movement to break a sweat.
The second half of class moves toward the floor, with longer-held yin poses that allow the body to release, the breath to settle and everything to slow down.
Strong, then slow. Effort, then ease.
And a little glow when you’re done.
VINYASA & STRETCH
A balanced weekend practice combining energizing Vinyasa flow with longer, deeper stretches.
We’ll begin with breath-led movement to build warmth, strength, and mobility before gradually slowing down and releasing tension throughout the body.
We’ll finish with a generous relaxation so students leave feeling energized, open, and restored.

HIPS & HAMMIES
This class is a great start to the week!
A practice to help release tension in the hips, hamstrings and lower back.
It will incorporate flowing movements to build strength and flexibility while incorporating longer warming holds to melt the stress away that the hips love to hold.
You will leave class feeling grounded & energized.
HATHA
A steady, intentional practice with time to explore each posture without rushing.
Classes will include a balanced combination of standing and seated poses, mobility, balance, breathwork, and relaxation.
An approachable practice for newer students and an opportunity for experienced students to slow down and deepen their awareness.
SLOW FLOW & GLOW
This slower-paced flow gives you time to move with intention, stretch deeply and reconnect with your breath.
Expect a thoughtful sequence of standing and floor poses, with enough movement to build warmth and mobility without rushing through the practice.
We finish by slowing things down and giving the body time to settle.
AKHANDA YOGA
A holistic practice integrating yoga postures, breathwork, sound, meditation, and traditional teachings.
Each class will explore yoga as a complete practice—not simply physical movement—with a balanced combination of standing, seated, balancing, and restorative postures.
Students will leave feeling grounded, connected, and clear.
GENTLE YOGA & YCAT
This class is a gentle yoga practice designed to re-establish healthier and more functional movement and postural patterns.
It will include a Yoga Critical Alignment Therapy (YCAT) sequence using specific props (black strip), which will help to release tension and mobilize the back, shoulders and hips.
This will be followed by a therapeutic flow of gentle yoga poses to reinforce the strength and flexibility needed to leave grounded & energized for the coming week.
GENTLE YOGA
A slower-paced practice designed to keep the body moving with ease.
Gentle Yoga combines mindful movement, stretching, balance and mobility with plenty of time to move comfortably between poses.
Ideal if you prefer a less strenuous practice, are returning to yoga, or simply want to move without pushing.
YIN & YOGA NIDRA
This deeply restful practice begins with Yin Yoga — longer-held, floor-based poses that gently work into the connective tissues and create space for the body to soften.
From there, we move into Yoga Nidra, a guided practice of deep relaxation experienced while lying comfortably and doing absolutely nothing.
